RETURN POLICY
Can I return my order?
Yes, it’s possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receiving them. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order still includes all relevant parts and components, and the packaging has arrived in the same condition as the product.

Normal handling of the product is evident; damage due to careless handling is excluded.

Products where hygiene is important must be properly cleaned before the return process begins.

The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within that time frame.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
During sales or promotional periods, if the total amount of your order exceeds €100, no refund will be issued. In the event of a return, a store credit valid across our entire shop will be provided.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to start the return process:

We will then contact you with the return address of our warehouse. Please do not send the package back to the company’s physical address. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has a right of withdrawal under the following conditions if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes not primarily related to their business or professional activity.

Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received or accepted the last goods. Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, and a refund is not possible until the goods have been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Atelier Lior) clearly (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is completed once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.
Shipment tracking
Once goods have been shipped and are in transit, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. We ask you to wait for your package to arrive, then return it if necessary. You can, of course, notify us in advance of your wish to cancel. To ensure fast processing of your return, please send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (and any additional costs incurred because you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than ten business days after we receive your withdrawal notice and the returned goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
